Welcome to our Marais Sainte-Catherine Apartment!

 

We’re delighted to host you and hope you enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

 

Please bear in mind that smoking, parties, and unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. ​Out of respect for our neighbors, please keep noise levels low, particularly between 22:00 and 08:00.

 

For your safety, please ensure the apartment door is always locked when leaving. The door may be secured from inside either by using the NUKI App—simply tap “Lock”—or by pressing the large round button, which will automatically lock the door.​

​Hot water is available at all times; however, after extended use it may temporarily cool and will reheat within approximately 10 minutes.

 

You are welcome to adjust the heating or cooling to your comfort, but please remember to turn it off when leaving the apartment for longer periods.

 

The washing machine is available for your use—please leave the door open after use to help prevent humidity. To help keep the space pleasant for everyone, we kindly ask that dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher after use, and that food is not left out.

Please ensure windows are closed when you are away, and treat both the apartment and the building’s residents with care and consideration.

 

At check-out, we kindly ask that you take out the trash, leave the key along with the green badge in the bowl next to the door, turn off all lights and heating/cooling, close the windows, and send us a brief message to let us know you’ve departed.

If anything breaks or if you notice an issue during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so we can assist promptly.
